the tiresomeness of blogging has finally worn off! so here am i reviving my blog.
a lot of things have been happening since i last blogged. more of God's blessings than anything, i would say.
the holidays have been a great time to just wind down and take a breather from hectic hectic (but still fun) jc life.
the trip to melbourne was particularly lovely. somehow, in melbourne, the pace of people's lives seemed pleasantly relaxed. not slow, not slothful, but relaxed. it was a pleasant change to be greeted cheerily when you step into any shop. i stayed with my family at the home of their friends, an elderly australian couple who are so unwavering in their Christian faith. what a splendid testimony their lives are.
last week i went up to kl for a few days, mainly to visit my grandparents. my only girl cousins live there too! they always make me smile! (: the carefree spirit of children is always refreshing.
ah well, my research paper beckons.
